Terms and Conditions BK8MY – Complete Platform User Guide

Welcome to bk8my. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and bk8my ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by bk8my, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please stop using the bk8my platform immediately. We encourage all new members to read this document in full before starting any activity on the platform.

To register and use the bk8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country where online betting services are prohibited.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, phone number, and active email address.
• Never had an account previously closed or suspended by bk8my for a terms violation.
• Register for yourself only — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Each individual is only permitted to have one bk8my account only. If the platform identifies more than one account registered by the same individual — whether using identical or different information — all such accounts are subject to closure and all balances and wins will be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your bk8my account. This includes any transactions, bets, or actions carried out by any party who gains access to your account, with or without your knowledge.

• Use a strong and unique password for your bk8my account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public device.
• Report any suspicious activity to bk8my customer support immediately.

Bk8my supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed in under 60 seconds upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bk8my does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• The bank account or eWallet used for withdrawals must be in the same name as the member registered with bk8my.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC.
• Bk8my reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
• Any withdrawal made before fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements will be automatically declined.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bk8my are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The following are general guidelines applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to members making their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus varies and is stated on the respective promotions page.
• The bonus validity period begins from the date the bonus is credited to the account. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Bk8my reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including placing low-value bets solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine intent to play — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

All games on the bk8my platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and fair to all players.

For Sports and live betting categories, bk8my reserves the right to void or adjust bets under the following circumstances:

• The match is postponed or cancelled and not resumed within 24 hours.
• A technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Confirmed evidence of match-fixing has been found.

Any dispute regarding game results or betting must be reported to the bk8my support team within 72 hours from the date of the incident. Disputes filed after this period may not be processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk8my platform and may result in immediate account closure along with forfeiture of all balances and wins:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Registering more than one account to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using another person's information for registration or transaction purposes.
• Cheating, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to bk8my systems.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.

Bk8my reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC within the specified period.
• Request from regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the bk8my support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once the account review is complete.

Bk8my is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption.

Bk8my strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or downtime. In such situations, bk8my will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.

Bk8my reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the bk8my website.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the bk8my platform after any amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bk8my operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be referred to the arbitration procedure established by bk8my.
